Great Britain Powerlifting Team

From Strength To Strength

Neways who sponsor the Great Britain Powerlifting Team, recently caught up with the Team Manager Ralph Farquharson who told PrimeTime of their recent success.

Ralph Farquharson, team Manager of the Great Britain Powerlifting Team has provided the following results of International competitions.

In May of this year the Great Britain team went to Germany to compete in the European Championships.  The team finished in 5th place, with Philip Richard and Dean Bowring bringing home a silver medal each.

In July the team went to Ireland to compete in the European Union Cup, the results speak for themselves with John Glover winning a gold medal, Andy Rodney and Gerald Pilling each winning a silver and Steve Walker a Bronze medal.  Overall the team finished in 4th place.

The team is now in training for the European Championships, which takes place in Russia, May 2001.

Neways has been sponsoring the team for the past four months now and all the members have provided positive feedback on the products they have been taking, which include
Maximol, Revenol and Ming Gold.

All have said their recovery after training has improved, which in turn allows them to train more frequently.

Members of the team have been given
The Neways' LifeSport System on a trial basis.  We hope to see and hear them at Convention, where they can report on their progress.

Neways wishes the team even more success in the future, and hope they go from strength to strength.
